Greetings to all

The Directorate hereby welcomes all the First Years of 2020 to Maseno University. Our main mandate is to promote Maseno University as a brand in the universities and institutions of higher learning sector.
The Directorate of Public Relations and Marketing handles Corporate Communication involving both the internal and external publics. It is our mandate at the Directorate to ensure there is informative flow of information between staff and staff, between staff and students and between students and students regarding issues that impact the University’s corporate image.
The Directorate also endeavors to present the University’s position on issues in the best light in the perception of all. It is our role in the Directorate to guide in driving our Public Relations and Communication Policy. We therefore share information through all legally recognized print, electronic and social media.
As students of Maseno University, the Directorate shall accord you assistance through the Directorate of Students Affairs to Communicate to external partners when need arises. The Directorate also undertakes: (a) Complaint-Handling to address public complaints and (b) Access to Information to avail information that stakeholders may require from the University.
As a bonfide Student of Maseno University you are encouraged to at all times strive to be a frontline ambassador of your University,
