On behalf of MSU Community, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to this great University as you embark on your academic journey that will define your career in the years ahead. You are a unique and talented mix of students who have come to join us from every corner of the country. We are all happy and excited to receive you as newly born members of this great family called MSU. The MSU community consists of academicians, administrators, and support staff all who are dedicated to ensure that you achieve your goals.

Fees
You are expected to pay all your fees and other service charges to access essential services. As a rule no student can be allowed to sit for examinations without clearing fees. You are therefore advised to make prior arrangements to clear your fees before examination time to avoid last minute rush. A bonafide student is defined as one who has paid full fees registered and signed the nominal roll. Adequate reminders shall be given by the administration, please take them seriously.

University Rules and Regulations We have the Students’ Hand Book. The key highlights in the Hand Book includes Programmes on offer, examinations issues as well as general rules and regulations governing students’ code of conduct and discipline. You are expected to read and understand the contents of the Students’ Hand Book so as to avoid pitfalls in life which can be very costly at times. We urge you to be our ambassadors wherever you are in dressing and behavior, for the good name of our University will be of great benefit to all of us as a family. Finally, I wish you all the best, an exciting, rewarding, challenging and stimulating time on this University, which will be the start of what I hope will be a lifelong experience as members of the MSU.
